Earl’s Launches Fresh Organic Heirloom Salsa

Exciting NEW things are happening at Earls.  EARL’S ORGANIC SEASONAL LIMITED EDITION SALSA is here!  Earls uses only the most flavorful ripe heirlooms grown at Tutti Frutti Farms in Lompoc, CA.  Lompoc is located in the Santa Ynez Valley near Santa Barbara where the unique climate of cool nights and hot days help with the acid/sugar balance and the firmness of the fruit.  Chris Cadwell has been growing heirlooms since 1988, when people didn’t know how delicious a purple or yellow tomato could be. Heirlooms are unique because you can’t find them all year long. The true season of a California heirloom starts in July and can last through November if we are lucky, depending on the weather.
